InstaCollage can be used on devices such as an iPad. Students would be able to take photos that they have taken of projects and put them together in a creative manner to share with the class on social media such as the class blog/webpage., or you can save it to the camera role of the device to be uploaded to the computer at a later date. The images would be a good way for the teacher to have a record for assessment purposes for the activity that they were doing for example a science experiment and then crosses into the Digital Technology part of the curriculum as evidence for assessment. I have used this app with a class of year 1s and they thoroughly enjoyed it, because they were able to put stickers on the photos to make them funny and add captions so that others knew what was happening in the photos.
