I have used resources from Teachers-Pay-Teachers. As the name of the web site suggests, they are written by teachers so most are good.
It has a lot of USA content and is often tied to their Common Core curriculum. Some can be edited, for some the way it is used would need to be modified to suit local curriculum and content. It also provides a pool of ideas from which new resources could be created.
