I found the information you provided brief, but specific. I have used this app with year 1 students on my second year practicum and found it purposeful and effective in the learning process. This app made it easy for students to organise ideas and work in pairs. This app was particularly used in spelling lessons and students were engaged in the task.
Although this app can be viewed as pricey it was effective and a great resource in the classroom based on my personal experience using it.

Popplet looks like a useful resource that can be used in any aspect of teaching. The fact that the teacher can see all of the students work on the tool is a great way for the teacher to keep track of how each of the students are developing and understanding the topics being discussed.
